Pretending to do it TAC style with the big boys since 1987
Also, we don't need no steenkin' VLATs!

Yes this is the 1950's version of the earlier T3, I first built that in 1960, and surprise surprise the local Hobby Shop had the brand new Humbrol Flouro paint in stock, it didn't bush on too well, but didn't care, looked so cool.

Knowing what I know now the back of the canopy is way off, as it should blend into the fuselage, probably best to cut it off and use some clear plastic from something else, maybe an old stand might fit the bill

The later Strikemaster came along in the '70's

Wow - looks like quite a bit of history in that Jet Provost kit! I'd almost be getting a valuation by Christies!

Seriously, your re-furbing is inspiring and I'm currently doing a audit of my old finished kits to see what I can do to bring them up to scratch. My Spitty has been slightly re-furbed and next will be a couple of round nose 190's. It's proving to be so well worth the effort and it's fun.
