I was waiting for someone to notice the C-9B. It has been a shelf of doomer for some time.

It has been waiting for decals for ages and now that they are on I see I did not mask some of the fuselage demarcations that well and will need to touch them up. Also the decals for the anti glare panel did not play the game and needs to be masked as well.

Hope to finish it up this weekend and it may feature on some other forums.

Decaling and touch ups Finnished. All that is left to do is a gloss coat and some out door 'glamour' shots

Lovely work Ray!!!
And the Finnair scheme is so clean and crisp.
Ya know A350 is just French for 787 :D

That looks seriously impressive. I like the fan blades, what paint did you use for that?

TOR is only half right. In reality we all know that the 787 is only a premature American A.350.

:D :D
As the saying goes.....Boeing innovate, Airbus imitate !!!
If the A380 is still in production some 40+ years after it's first flight, (like the 737, 747, or 767), than I will pull my head in and concede that Airbus may be on par with Boeing as an aircraft builder.
As it stands, the last good thing to come out of Toulouse was Concorde :D

PS: Mind you, Ray has certainly made this A350 look pretty

Hi Leigh,

The fan was painted an old Humbrol colour called Polished steel. It goes down very flat but was buffed up with cotton buds. the fan cone is black with kit supplied decal for the swirl.
