MD-82 American Airlines-1/144 Minicraft kit

I started this a while ago, it was going to be an Allegiant Air livery but I decided to do
it as a livery I have flown in. I flew in Mad Dogs from Albany Ny to Chicago
then on to San Diego Ca in 1989. I just have to figure out if it should have
the screw driver tail cone or the conical tail cone. It has the screw driver one
now but can be changed. I need to hunt down the American Airlines decals for
it also. Here's where I am at.---John

This is the one I did years ago, the 1/144 Minicraft AA kit.
It never made the move from New England to Florida.---John

The Minicraft MD's are one of their best kits, and always turns out a nice model, I really like yours, and like the old AA scheme it is just so classic.
I will check to see if I have those AA decals

I have this kit but have donated the decals to someone on BritModeller some time ago.

Looking forward to seeing this done John, I have a stalled MD80 on the SOD and should get it finished (in Finnair colours of course)
