How did you go with this? I built a n ESCI one a couple of years ago as the aircraft I did my PPL(A) on.

G'day Rob...
I have been experimenting with different resins, looking for a longer work time and curing time so I can use my vac chamber to remove bubbles. The last resin I used was extremely brittle. Filling the mould with it has rendered it useless, so I need to make a new one.
Unfortunately life has gotten in the way again - I'm busy clearing out a house which was recently sold (and finding all kinds of interesting stuff..) and that'll keep me busy until February.
