Hi! New model started. This time Welsh models vacform 1/72nd scale. I'm making B737-300 in the colours of Yugoslav aerotransport. Plastic is a lot thicker and easyer to work with than Broplans. I have cut out the windows and inserted clear plastic that was then sanded to shape and polished. For the windshield I'm using BPKs plastic part. Here is what I have for now.

A bit of progress on this one. I got a set of flaps from Laci. These are scaled up from 1/144, I only provided a few measurements. Wings are solid resin, so a lot of cuting was required to fit them in. But considering they weren't really designed for this kit, the fit is almost perfect.

I also used wingtip parts from BPK kit. Now, I have to fill some gaps and blend it all in.

Thanks Paul!
After a lot of work I have this one ready for paint. Fuselage needs to be polished aluminium and I'm not looking forward painting it. Hopefully it all goes well.

Looks great Uros, I have just found this one and it looks like you modified the cockpit to add the jump seat. Nice mod!

Also using the BPK cockpit glazing is a great Idea, I have not been able to satisfactorily use the Welsh supplied parts, all 3 of my attempts have decal windscreens.

Thanks Ray! Yes, I added the jump seat. Figured it would be a nice addition. The bpk canopy worked really good and is almost a perfect fit.

A few steps forward and a few back, this one is painted. I had to redo the silver colour, which is ok now just not as shinny as I wanted. It's good enough.

Decals applied. Only small details need to be added and it's finished. Title letters were cut out with a plotter from white decal paper. Then I applied red letters, printed on clear paper and cut out, over that. Came out really nice.

Very nice, sounds like a lot of work to get the titles done but worth it in the end.
