These are both Revell 1/144 737-800 kits but with a change of decal.
The ex-XL aircraft is one I flew on from Bangkok to Chiang Mai about 10 years ago and this was one of two XL '800s that Nok leased for evaluation purposes. The decals are all home made using an inkjet printer and Bare Metal decal paper.
The more colourful one is one of the current Nok '800s in 'Nemo' colour scheme. The decals here are from the notorious Gio range, though I chose to hand paint the white/black on the fuselage rather than use the decals. Also be aware that on the decal sheet, the Nok beak is mirrored for either side of the airframe, whereas in reality it is always facing to the left; and the white Nok phone number/web address decals are undersized. Also on this model, I made my own fan decal on plasticard for the inside of the engine nacelles rather than using and painting the kit part.

Such a unique scheme on that second 737. Would love something like that in my cabinet.

How much did you mask and how much was decal?

All of the orange/black/white on the fuselage is hand painted; as is all of the grey on the wings/tailplane. I used Gio decals for the Nok titling on the upper forward fuselage, phone number/web address on the lower forward fuselage, aircraft registration and the logos on the tail and winglets (fortunately, the decal sheet has a few Nok options, so there were enough logo decals to ensure they all faced the correct way on the model). I also used Authentic Airliners decals for the passenger windows and kit decals for the wing-walks and data.
