VH-TBB was one of four ex-Pakistan Air Force Freighters acquired by TAA in 1961 for service in PNG. TBB, ex S4432, AP-AMF was hurried into
service as a crew trainer while TBA underwent refurbishment.

After TBA went into service, TBB was then refurbished, also in TAA Sunbird Services livery. The other two Freighters were used for spares.
The chronology of the making of the models, the last was built first and the first was built last.

Great models Fred.

I must admit though.

That is one seriously ugly turkey. I hope the blokes that flew them loved them, coz I bet the mother of that plane couldn't believe her eyes.

Nice work Fred... I want to do an Ansett one of these old girls. I love these yesteryear builds.
It's hard for me to get used to these changing times... I remember when the air was clean and the sex was dirty..
