F-RSIN 1/144 Breguet Br.763

Postby Migrant » Fri Jul 05, 2019 10:48 pm

This project was a bit of an uphill battle. The kit was pretty crude with lots of flash, rough surface texture and dodgy fit, but the basics were all there. Despite the difficulties I'm really happy to have a model of the Deux Ponts in my display cabinet. The experience hasn't put me off F-RSIN kits since they have such unique subjects, but I do have a better idea of what to expect next time

Love it,
once saw an Armee de l'Air one fly through my home airport back in the '60's one of those unforgettable sights similar to the Blackburn Beverly I also once saw here.

I made the old Welsh Models Deux Pont vacform kit many years since. Photos of yours makes me think that maybe I need to make one of the F-Rsin Plastic kits. I see that Anigrand also a a Breguet Sahara kit in 1/144 which might be the easiest of the kits to make. I'm resisting temptation.
