Out freakin standing mate. Love the finish on the old girl. Question for ya. How long should I leave the Alclad to dry before being able to mask up for the next colour? Ta in advance

I'd give it a day Paul ,really depends on the paint underneath .If it's dry ,no problems.leave it at least a few hours before masking.

Thanks mate. I'm doing a 1/48 civvie Hurricane that'll have 3 diffent shades of Alclad on it so I'll leave it a day or 2 between colours. Thanks for the advice

Loverly, Knotty! Got a couple in the stash and a set of TAA decals. Also picked up some resin engines from HaHen in Germany, and a set of SAC metal landing gear..

Thanks Wally and Damo, that sounds good Damo..........they look very nice the Hahen engines, and you will certainly need the SAC gear ,as the Heller nose gear has a habit of breaking constantly.

The engines were a bit pricey, and there's another mob who does some better ones. Can't think of their name, though..
