Hi peeps. I'm chucking this up as Ray lost it a while ago :P  :P  :P It's a 1/48 Tamiya P-51D Mustang finished as Clay Lacy's aircraft he used to race in. This model has a few firsts for me. Filling panel lines (not totally happy with this), Alclad (on the prop) and lacquer paint. As usual the only dramas with the kit were self inflicted. The colour is Modelmaster Pink Panther IIRC. From memory I used an Ultracast prop, wheels, flaps and exhaust. The decals were from somewhere that I can't remember but weren't that good anyways. I had to double up on the decals as they were very see through. Overall I'm reasonably happy with how it came out :)
