well my first for 2016 :D
the new tool airfix TF-X beaufighter,ive used DK decals and a yahu instrument panel(not that you can see it :cry: ) but its there

i played around with a fair bit of weathering on this model.....i faded the base colours(both top and bottom ) but left the rocket rails and panier's unfaded as per a pic i found online

That looks great Paul, about to get my hands on one. Not sure of the scheme yet but I hope I can do as a nice a job on it a you.

Excellent work Paul.

Glad to see you are venturing into adding "weathering". You can go even harder around the engines too if you like, as per that photo. You can't be wrong with weathering/filtering, as it's all relative. No weathering - factory fresh, heavy weathering - hard use in hard conditions. I guess I like mid to heavy weathering - using photo references as my guide.

This looks a great kit. The instrument panel looks brilliant. Top marks ol' boy!
