a rescue model i was give at expo it's the old 1/48 Nichimo kit with decals from the Create 301 "special attack squadrons" set.
the model was stripped down and cleaned and the missing seats replaced by redroo beaufighter seats and a scratch built control column and instrument panel.

i played around with light weathering and wash's.

overall i'm pretty happy with the result (though i still need a right hand inner gear door if someone has the parts :o )

I like it, a nice clean build with subtle weathering.

You've done a grand build on an unwanted kit Paul. Well done mate a very nice result.
I always thought Nichimo turned out quite good kits early on for which was initially a family concern.
Alas, all my early Nichimo efforts are long gone except for their lovely Ki-43 Oscar.

I just found one in my stash....buggered if I know how it got there!
Pretending to do it TAC style with the big boys since 1987
Also, we don't need no steenkin' VLATs!
