This is apparently the colour scheme she was wearing during the war. Note that it is slightly different to the other photo. Looks like the roundel has been removed from the engine cowl, and "Armada Argentina" titles have been increased in size and relocated to above the window line.

Seems the Airfix kit would be perfect for this one.
Its amazing how much British equipment was used against the British in this war.

I'll probably do this one at some stage as I have a Falklands War modelling theme going but there's no reason why you can't do it as well. As for decals, with the vast array of Falklands War decals I have amassed, I shouldn't have too much trouble piecing it together though I'd do the one without the insignia on the engine cowl cos it'll be easier to do.

Truth be told, I really like the scheme on the box!




The red and white with roundels and stuff. It looks so cool. The transfers in the kit don't look TOO bad... kind of basic and all that but if the old bastards work, then why not.
