Phew. I don't have to do a conversion anymore for an -ER!

I'm half way through mine . Typical !!! Great news , just hope it is actually released in 2015 and not 2018 or something like that . Plenty of good schemes available for the mighty 777-300 . I'm hoping it will be a proper ER with raked wing tips and the right undercarriage with the lifting ram on the front of it .

Although I love the 777, it is a mostly boring aircraft to look at, lets face it it's no supermodel, some of the better colour schemes make it look pretty good though, and it would be good to see Tony do an Air New Zealand one

Talking Zvezda, anyone got a cheap Zvezda A320 yet?, mind you I have about 20 Revell ones, so do I really need one

Yeah....ya really do need one or two Graeme. With the A320, Zvezda really have taken 1:144th Airliner kits to the next level
The Zvezda A320 kit is superbly engineered and detailed.

The cheapest A320 I have got so far was $42 , not cheap , but it is a very nice model and should build up really well . ;) ;)

Although I hear Gio, Alex Brazil whoever Air nz all black decals are good. If you can get them!

I hope the Boeing 777 is better than the eastern express and minicraft kits. Is the A321 a copy of the revell kit.

i will speak to the australian supplier of Zvezda model kits to find out when they will become available in OZ.

I assume it will not be a copy of the Revell kit but a progression of their fantastic A320 kit.

I don't believe there has ever been any tie up between Eastern Express and Zvezda, the two companies models are really like chalk and cheese.

I have never bought any Eastern Express kits, but the photos of them on the sprues, tends to remind me of that other great airliner kit manufacturer, Kepuyuan, their 1/144th B747-300 is the only kit I can remember ever taking back for a refund
It was the Ansett version, and even the decals were rubbish, another feature I believe they share with Eastern Express.
