NZ shows the World. Again: :D

Take notice of the clarity of the photographs and the standard of workmanship. :)

Looks good. I know there is a P-40N being restoried to fly in Melbourne too. However, what's with the price? 3.4 million? Flugwerk were selling Focke Wulf 190's for less than a third the price and you can get a new built Yak 9 for 400 US Gorillas.

Are you going to buy one to look at or fly?

I once met a guy who had suffered a engine failure just on t/o in a Yak-3 - engine completely quit about 50' up off the runway. Luckily he got it down and stopped the aeroplane just before the end of the runway. This is a guy super experienced in unlimited aerobatics (twice Aussie champion) very experienced in warbird op's even once ferrying a Sea Fury across the "dutch" from NZ and that engine failure in the Yak scared him, there not being a lot of places to go beyond the end of one runway at Archerfield - he would have ploughed into factories had the engine failure happened slightly higher up.

Warbirds are fun!

I dunno, depends on the share price and if mum will give me the cash while she's alive or want to spend it herself LOL.
