Actually Brad - I'm biting my tongue because I cant believe what a dick you are being. It's ok to speed in the right conditions. Its all about revenue raising. Speed isnt a contributing factor.

Apology extended Tor - it's just frustrating when you've seen some of the things I have when people try to diminish ANY sort of effort, misguided or otherwise, to reduce the impact of road trauma.

I never said "it's ok to speed in the right conditions", I've said our speed limits are set too low and you could raise them without a problem by 10-20kph. Of course there is a need for speed limitations, but they are too low and there are too many of them.

I don't know how you can think I'd change my position of thinking we could raise 50 zones to 60 zones and 100 on the freeways to 110 without a problem, if I see someone who's wrapped a car around a tree and strained themselves through the windscreen attempting to do mach 1. You don't get horrendous sights of road trauma (I presume you've seen people splattered all over the place) by going 65 in a 60 zone.

If you have something to say, by all means spit it out. It takes way more than calling me a dick to offend me, waaaaaaayyy more.
