Folks,

We should get some apparel going at some stage.. Obviously not a high priority yet.. But I was thinking of;

" The CABAL" emblazoned on a shirt...Civil Aircraft Builders And Lurkers..

For those who are not aware of the CABAL...it was a fantastic, appropriate, well thought out and magnanimous suggestion from another model site.. The CABAL represents a shadowy group of modellers with an urge to influence others to civvie modelling..

I was going to get the tshirt that says *Warning - Offensive*

"The CABAL"...if I remember rightly they were very, very shady.
One of the funniest episodes of the other place's history.

I've got a Type O Negative t-shirt (one time Brooklyn based band) that has on the back - "Stand Back - 200ft!". Perhaps something like this on the rear of the t-shirt could work?

Salty mate... It was great, it was at a moment of juxtaposition..... Hairy chests getting gratuitously beaten while at the same time hand bags at 10 paces.

A/CAM promotional gear planning is already well underway.
For those that attend Expo this year...front up to our table for your free A/CAM stickers, (see Brendon's 787 post in the "works in progress" forum to see one of our stickers in the background).
Next apparel item being planned is a good-quality A/CAM cap (dark blue with A/CAM logo on the front).
I intend to issue every A/CAM member with their free cap..to be worn at Model events, Air Shows, on Flight Decks etc
I was looking at A/CAM polo shirts down the track a little.

PS: Contrary to what some of my critics have suggested on other model sites etc, (ref: me making money from this site...yeah right!!! ), this is your $25.00 annual membership fee at work.

By the sounds of the other thread, Damo would like some official A/CAM undies. Make them a really dark colour to hide any of his little "accidents" BTW I do like the idea of Tshirts. I would wear mine to expo FOR SURE
