But seriously, there is this

And/or you can take a drive out to RAAF Base Richmond and spend an afternoon or two watching the comings and goings of Australia's premier military air transport base.

Take your lunch every day - the last take-away joint on the airport recently closed.

Keep away from the train station and "Fast Eddies" if still there.

Went to the museum today. Not a bad little museum but they do have a lot of stuff packed into that shed. Nice way to spend an hour that's for sure. They even have a Miracle, A3-44 complete with Magics and canted missile rails. Plenty of pics were taken. The PBY is across the road from the Hawkers hangar and there's a Grumman Goose there as well. I haven't got time to go over and have a look as being a contractor, every minute on the job counts. Thanks Tony I'll steer clear of the train station for sure :)
