What a massive job ,in what must of been terrible conditions at times . I wonder what the time frame for the repair was .

I have to say.....they are a pretty impressive bunch in this case. Good thing it was a durable and tough ol bird like a DC-3.... and not a friggen Airbus

Although how they didn't manage to rip the bottom out of the poor, ol Goose "taxiing" it on it's belly across the ice is beyond me .

They didn't wreck the hull cos it's a real plane that's made of metal, not plastic
