Possibility of new wheels soon

Having started my new job at home in Melbourne a couple of weeks ago, I'm going to enquire about a salary sacrifice car after I am made chief engineer. If I can afford it, I wanna get either a VF SSV Redline or maybe even a second hand 2015/16 HSV GEN F Clubsport R8. They'll be auto unfortunately due to having a 100+km round trip to work every day. Not a bad way to spend the commute to and from work though I reckon. If I get the SSV Redline, I want this colour appropriately named Spitfire :D :D :D

Or if the Clubby gets the gig, it'll hopefully be Sting Red like this

I'm leaning towards the Clubby cos driving a supercharged 530hp car everyday sounds like sooooooooo much fun    Mind you the SSV Redline, with over 400hp, is nothing to sneeze at 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) Di would inherit my Calais and we could get rid of her shitbox V6 Berlina.

They all look bad-arse.
I have decided to wait for the Camaro.

That's actually a fair point, and the legacy V8 Holden man in me can only but agree, but I have succumbed to the inevitable :(

It's quite obvious to me that the Commodore's rear has a definite styling influence from the Camaro, though!

BTW, when the last one comes off the line in October, the Holden brand name should be shown the dignity it deserves and retired gracefully.

Anything after that will just be a re-badged import, not Aussie built, so should say GM and not Holden.

(Respectfully from an ex-Ford guy)

I like the green, but the rims look crap.

OK, so after much consideration......the big, red Clubby gets my vote.
And those VFs really do have a Camaro-inspired arse-end, (I must admit that I have never really noticed that before).

What's your problem? Let me clarify; I personally don't like those rims on that colour. I wasn't passing judgement over what you may like.
