Just watching the VLATs/LATs effectively and efficiently doing their "thing" again up in NSW today, as indeed they have been routinely doing now for our last few fire seasons.
And by the way.....soon hope to be working with the operator who intends on bringing the 747-400 "Supertanker" VLAT to Australia.
Where are all my "you are so stupid Ray, there is no place for VLATs/LATs in Australia" expert critics now

C'mon Ray, how useful would the capability of carrying 74000 litres of water/retardant 6400 Km be in Australia.
Seriously, it's about time the powers that are started to think bigger than helicopters, although helo's are still required, they just need the bigger stuff to complete the team.

Not really an issue given that, in the form of the E-4B, she will simply take out the country that the radar is based in
