It needs red and blue flashing lights on top and a loud siren, otherwise it's just a chemtrail dumper painted red.

The above-pictured jet has been doing the rounds of the east coast, was in Avalon Wednesday and here in Canberra yesterday with NSW Rural Fire Service titles on it, headed to Richmond yesterday from here.

I just heard today on the radio that the NSW government is going to purchase one of these for permanent basing here along with a couple more spotting aricraft.
