I guess some lawyers will make a lot of money on this one. I would think the immersed fuselages are a write off. Who would want them after that? Who would want fuses that had been involved in a railway accident anyway - surely they are all write offs ? They would need 100% x-ray, perhaps 100% die penetrant inspection?
