Guys, I was having the log in troubles here at work where it would let me pretend to log in, but end up in the end that I wasn't. I cleared the cookies on my browser and am now able to log in correctly. Give it a go.

The home page loading issues are likely due to the sizes of the photo files used there. Some are massive. No need for such hi Tez photos there. Photoshop and compress them down so they look the same but take less data to download.
