For the first time in months I've been able to get in through the front door rather than having to negotiate a more devious route in. A big thanks to whoever sorted this out.
By the way, Ray, I was on a QF A330 out of Melbourne for Perth last Tuesday and only got delayed by an hour. A colleague flying to Perth from Sydney, also in an A330, got delayed by an hour and a half. I was thinking of you.
